Mike serves a dual role for the Critical Process Systems Group as Chief Operating Officer and President of NEHP. Mike leads our Life Science team and is intimately involved in the focused efforts of both CPS Process Solutions and BioPharm Engineered Systems. With a background in engineering and construction management Mike brings years of experience in in the design, construction and operation of high technology facilities serving the Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology markets.

Mike joined the CPS team in 2013. Mike previously worked for Olympus Biotech (formerly Stryker) and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility from Project Engineer through Project Manager, Manager of Capital Projects, and Facilities Engineering Manager before becoming the Director of Plant Services.

Prior to Olympus Mike worked for Kinetics Systems in the role of Project Engineer and Project Manager where he led or participated in the design, construction, commissioning, qualification and operation of many process intensive facilities, including the management of and successful execution of large design build Project for the TriMEGA joint venture of Kinetics, Air Products and US Filter in Ottawa, ON.

Mike holds a BS degree in Construction Management from Boise State University, and Associates degree in Architectural Engineering and Building Technology from Vermont Technical College. Mike is a long time member of ISPE.
