Tokyo Electron Ltd. Heated Chemical Blending & Distribution System

TEL at SUNY Albany New York

NEHP partnered with Diversified Fluid Solutions to design, build, install and commission the first heated and filtered chemical blending & distribution system in the United States.

NEHP was contacted by IBM to devise a unique solution to distribute multiple chemistries to a machine installed at the Center for Nano Science and Engineering (CNSE), at SUNY in Albany New York.

We worked exclusively with the experts at Diversified Fluid Solutions in Boise Idaho to meet the challenges of this one-of-a-kind technology.

NEHP partners with industry leaders for the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and turnover of many types of equipment. We build standard and custom utility distribution systems for all types of gas, water and chemical applications.

Pictured here is one of our unique chemical blending and dispensing systems which was designed for the semiconductor industry and installed at SUNY Albany for the CNSE building on campus. In addition to the blending and dispensing of custom chemical mixtures & concentrations, this system also heats, recirculates and filters the chemical blends prior to delivering the programmed mixture with incredible accuracy.

At the time of installation (Q4 2010), it was the only system of its type in the world! We partnered with Diversified Fluid Solutions of Boise Idaho for the entire project.

No matter what your needs are, NEHP can fulfill your requirements.
