240KW Instant Steam Generator Skid
This Steam Generator Skid was built for a bio-pharmaceutical customer and is capable of making clean steam from cold start-up to production in less than 45 seconds. It employs four (4), 60KW heaters and is actually an energy-saving design.
You no longer need to run a boiler at full capacity just to be ready to supply steam when needed. Integrated controls shut down the power until called for.
No more long piping runs from a boiler room to the equipment.
