Total Facility Solutions, Inc. (TFS) & NEHP Announce Customer-Specific Collaborative Partnership

Plano, TX and Williston, VT –December 08, 2009– Total Facility Solutions, Inc. a wholly-owned subsidiary of M+W Zander, and NEHP, Inc. announced today a collaborative partnership that will change the way capital equipment is installed and serviced in advanced technology manufacturing facilities. Leveraging NEHP’s patented, modular product methodology for process utilities and the fulfillment and support network of TFS, the new partnership is immediately available to service a large, specific, world-wide semiconductor client.

In today’s fast-paced project construction environment, clients are seeking to compress schedules and reduce costs. From Semiconductor wafer fabrication to photovoltaic production facilities, owners must gain a competitive edge in the implementation of new and existing facilities. NEHP’s portfolio of smart, modular tool hookups, are pre-fabricated offsite, minimizing total cost and reducing project risk. The global customer fulfillment and support implementation infrastructure which TFS offers, will enable a complete turnkey solution for our customer from concept through sustaining operations.

“TFS will now be able to provide our client with a differentiable offering by combining NEHP’s unique and patented modular product solutions with our unparalleled global design, contracting and customer support services”, said Joe Cestari, President of TFS. The combination of TFS’ facility located in Watervliet, NY and NEHP’s facility in Williston, Vt. offers one of the largest cleanroom manufacturing capabilities for process piping in the Northeastern US. Additional TFS cleanroom manufacturing capacity located in Plano, TX. will allow TFS and NEHP to implement NEHP's modular solutions for our client effectively and at the lowest cost.

“Our mission is to simplify our customers' process utility challenges. “TFS brings the strength of global client relationships and M+W Zander’s complete project offering to implement turnkey NEHP modular solutions at maximum scale from ground-breaking to product out for our client”, said Adam Tarr, President of NEHP.

Currently, multi-billion dollar projects across the globe in Semiconductor, PV and Life Sciences require management to the lowest cost in the fastest timeframe. The traditional stick built process piping designs and methodologies are unable to achieve further productivity gains without sacrificing quality and safety standards. By manufacturing offsite in a controlled production environment, modular process piping solutions for chemicals and gases are designed and implemented in the most efficient manner thereby reducing project site construction activities and maximizing the sharing of utilities. Utilizing the modular method, NEHP has demonstrated significant time and cost savings versus traditional methodologies.
