NEHP has completed work on the new Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) biologics manufacturing facility laboratory building in Devens, Massachusetts. The Devens project represented the single largest capital investment in the history of BMS.
NEHP was responsible for all the critical process utilities that include gases and high-purity water plus the HVAC distribution in the laboratory building of the research and manufacturing facility. NEHP’s share of the project totaled over $4 million dollars.
