NEHP chosen for new High Purity Process Gas installation at Brookhaven National Laboratory

NEHP is proud to announce that we've been chosen to complete a high purity process gas installation for a new Reactive Ion Etch (RIE), system at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton New York. The new system will be installed at the Center For Functional Nanomaterials.
