Solar/LED/High Tech

We were contracted to design, install and commission the bulk chemical distribution system piping for an advanced Solar Cell Manufacturing Facility in New York State.

This system is all double-jacketed piping for Sulphuric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Sulphite & Sodium Chloride.

We work with either stainless steel or plastic and can prefabricate pieces to ship to the customer site for installation by others or complete the field work ourselves, depending upon customer needs and efficiencies.

University and Research

NEHP has been a strong player in the University and Research segment of the semiconductor industry for several years. We have been a key part of the high tech facilities and equipment installation at State University of New York (SUNY), College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE).

We were instrumental in major upgrades to the bulk gas distribution systems, water filtration and degas, as well as bulk chemical distribution, filtration and degas.

We have had a permanent presence on-site for many years and are constantly being awarded contracts for major upgrades and tool installations.

Food and Beverage

NEHP has extensive experience with custom fabrication and installation in many food and beverage industries including, dairy, chocolate, cosmetics, brewery, organic food production and packaging to name a few.

It's not uncommon to have someone stop into our facility and present us with a "napkin plan" for a part they need for their production line. Our design folks love this type of challenge and the shop enjoys a change in the production schedule.
