Mr. Tarr founded NEHP in the fall of 2000 and has 20 years of high purity process piping experience. He oversees the company and leads the sales efforts and R&D. Adam is on the Board of Directors for Vermont Union Local 693. Prior to forming NEHP, Adam worked as a Project/Design Manager for Fluor overseeing $10-$30m projects. Initially operating out of the west coast, he then operated the East Coast implementation of process installations for Harder Mechanical including work at IBM Vermont. Adam started in the field as a pipefitter apprentice in Oregon in 1988 and then attended a.5 year program for gases & fluids technology at Michigan State/UA Association through 1993.
Mr. Day joined NEHP in 2001 and is responsible for quality assurance and safety. John has an 20 years experience in business and construction management. John has worked for several major construction management companies and was Project Manager for multiple multi-million dollar projects; the largest over $120 million. John graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Business Management.
Mr. Morris joined NEHP in July 2006 as CFO and has an extensive international background with 25 years management experience. Previously, based in New York, Robin headed the Americas Operation of Systems Union, an International Financial Management Software Company that supplied finance software to Fortune 500 companies around the world. Prior to joining NEHP, Robin worked in a CFO capacity with a number of fast growth companies.
Mr. Williams joined NEHP in November 2007 after working as Director of Field Operations for KLA-Tencor SensArray Division for 5+ years where he managed business development and customer support operations for the US and Europe. Some of the semiconductor clients Dan has managed include: Intel, Qimonda, Texas Instruments, IBM, AMD, Spansion, Freescale, ST Microelectronics, Samsung and Micron. Dan graduated from the United States Military Academy (West Point) and holds a BS in Operations Research and concentration in Civil Engineering and an MBA from St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA.
Mr. Sbrollini joined NEHP in January 2007 and has a commitment to providing solutions to critical process needs. He has worked for over 20 years marketing specialized equipment to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Past clients have included Pfizer, Schering, Bristol Myers Squibb and Amgen. Peter is a member of ISPE and NACE. He holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Hartford.
Mr. Irion joined NEHP in January 2007 after working as a project manager for BOC-Linde for 10 years. Peter has 25 years of experience on projects that predominantly focus on ultra high purity bulk gases, specialty gas delivery, monitoring systems, and high purity chemical & slurry delivery systems for semiconductor fabs. Some of the semiconductor fab sites Peter has managed include: Texas Instruments, Fujitsu, IBM, Triquint, Motorola, and Mitsubishi. Peter graduated from Rutgers College of Engineering with a BS in ceramic engineering and has co-authored several technical papers on high purity gas delivery systems, one of which was published in Semiconductor International. Mr. Irion is currently managing a complete facility gas installation project for Intel/Micron IMFS in Singapore.
Mr. Davis joined FreshTracks, a Vermont based venture capital company, as Managing Director in July of 2005. Before joining Fresh Tracks, Davis managed a series of advanced materials technology based, early stage manufacturing companies to successful exits. The companies were in various high-tech industries, including: electronic materials, fiber optics, advanced ceramics and vacuum deposition of various materials.
Timothy currently serves as chair of the NEHP board, and is an observer to the Applied NanoWorks and Aircuity boards. Timothy is also active with numerous non-profit boards, including his roles as founding partner of Social Venture Partners in Boston, President of the Artworks Education Foundation and chair of various boards of the Wellesley Congregational (Village) Church. Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Vermont (1968) and Harvard Business School (MBA, 1970).
Mr. Bouyea joined the FreshTracks team as an Associate in September 2005, was promoted to Principal in July 2006, then to Managing Director in June 2007. Bouyea's background includes marketing, product and business development experience working for eBay, Nextel Communications and for the venture-backed startup Ebates.com. Lee graduated from Colgate University in 1997 and earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2005. Lee currently serves on the board of Kluster, FKA mophie, a FreshTracks I portfolio company. Lee also serves on the board of NEHP, a Fund II portfolio company alongside Chairman of the Board, Tim Davis.
Mr. Hanselka brings over thirty years of Environmental, Hazardous Materials and related Chemical Engineering experience, including an extensive regulatory background focusing on hazardous materials handling, waste treatment and code compliance (e.g., Building, Fire and Mechanical Codes). He is a voting member of several National Code development committees including NFPA 1 and ASME BPE. He is involved in conducting compliance audits, developing regulatory guidelines and performing building occupancy and related chemical process plan reviews. He has spearheaded several hazardous material subcommittees for the Santa Clara County Fire Chief's Association and actively participated on code rewrite committees. Mr. Hanselka also has extensive engineering design experience in hazardous materials and specialty gas systems.
